- Scottish Government Education Analytical Services, with the Directorate for Children and Families, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wishes to commission a research project to collect data on the provision of milk and snacks as part of the Scottish Milk and Health Snack Scheme (SMHSS) and the Scottish School Milk Scheme.The aim of the work is to collect data on the costs of the provision of milk, snacks and non-dairy alternatives as well as uptake, from day care of children settings, childminders, local authorities, schools, milk suppliers, suppliers of non-dairy alternatives and snack suppliers.
