Description : This opportunity is available via The Chest https://www.the-chest.org.uk/Cumbria County Council requires a Consultant to undertake scheme development and design to support the Council's developing pipeline of cycling and walking improvements.The Council is developing Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIPs) at 6 locations across the County and requires costed concept designs for schemes prioritised in the LCWIPs.
