Description : Customer Services Advisor Rate of Pay: ?10.83 Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) Location: Based at Roway Lane, Oldbury Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Brief description: We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services Team which is based in a Contact Centre. You will have excellent customer service skills, you will need to be friendly Flexible and willing to develop your knowledge and skills, you will work as part of a team, but will be required to have the ability to use your own initiative. Answering customer enquiries and requests about a wide range of services. It essential that you have experience of working in a busy contact centre meeting competing demands.
