Croydon Council is inviting submissions from a team of multidisciplinary practices and practitioners, for the provision of services to deliver the ‘Croydon Town Centre Regeneration Strategy-. The project will be led by a research and strategy focussed practice that brings together a team with expertise in urban design, economic development, planning & regeneration, architecture & public realm, climate change & sustainability, civic, culture & social infrastructure, heritage & conservation, infrastructure & transport, and public engagement.The specialist team will prepare a Regeneration Strategy that will set a realistic and deliverable Strategic Vision, a sustainable and resilient Spatial Framework (to statutory Supplementary Planning Document status), and a Delivery Plan for Croydon town centre
