Description : This is a small play area in the village of Croscombe, Somerset. The project is to refurbish the play area equipment and grounds. Please also see specification document.Including removal of most existing equipment; removal of old surfacing; resurfacing and installation of new equipment.Installation will include a toddler multi play area and swing set; ground level trampoline; older children's multi play area and swing set; rubber mat safety surface in toddler area; grass mat safety surface elsewhere; with an optional creative replacement for the existing willow den.The contractor will return itemised costings for each element of the works, a planned programme, specification of equipment, layout drawings, warrenties, maintenance requirements and maintenance costings.
