Description : Midland Heart has a requirement for the provision of list inspections, and accompanying reports, as required by legislation; namely the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER). The supplier shall be required to carry out the LOLER inspections to, and provide the accompanying reports on, all Midland Heart lifting equipment which shall include but not be limited to: o Passenger lifts o Platform lifts o Through the floor lifts o Stair lifts within the specified timescales in accordance with the Key Performance Indicator Handbook at Schedule 3.
