Providers Will Need To Complete The Attached Declaration. The Council Will Then Send Out A Consolidated Price For The Provider To Agree, Where The Provider Has Different Prices For Each Contract Area And/Or Has Different Rates For Week/Weekend Work. The Consolidated Price Will Be Subject To The Council S Price Review Mechanism.
