Nottingham City Council on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to establish a Real Time Information System to provide Prediction Engine, Data Broker, Content Management system, Display Management and existing LED display take over, Open Data Services and Reporting tools. The Authority-s detailed Service Requirements are defined in the Service Requirements outlined in Section 4 of the Invitation to Tender Document. The Lots sought under this contract are:
• Lot 1: Prediction Engine and Data Broker (hereafter known as the data broker);
• Lot 2: Content Management System;
• Lot 3: Display Management and existing LED display take over;
• Lot 4: Open Data Services;
• Lot 5: Reporting tools
