SOFT MARKET TESTING QUESTIONNAIRE FEEDBACK ON DRAFT SPECIFICATION
For NHS Health Checks
Derbyshire County Councils Commissioners are undertaking soft market testing for information gathering purposes only, to obtain feedback on the attached set of 7 questions to understand the challenges and barriers to delivering NHS Health Checks and possible solutions to achieve meeting the targets. To assist with answering the 7 questions we have attached a draft specification for you to review and comment on for the delivery of the NHS Health Check Service.
Commissioners will use the information to further develop the service specification prior to publishing as an Any Qualified Provider for GP-s to deliver across Derbyshire.
