- Tenders are invited for Council is currently carrying out Controlled Crossing/Traffic Assessments at various locations across the borough. On completion of these assessments, Council wishes to develop these projects with a capable and experienced Consultant, to provide a range of services as detailed within document MoI Part B. The contract period for the services is anticipated to be 24 months, and the Form of Contract will be an NEC4 PSSC.
