Abstract: Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) launched the Conwy Tourism Ambassador course in March 2021. This successful scheme provides an online training opportunity to enhance the participant-s knowledge of the tourism offer of the whole of Conwy County, from its stunning landscapes and outdoor adventures to its vibrant culture and rich heritage. The programme is targeted at those who work in the tourism and hospitality sector as well as local residents, volunteers and community groups.The ultimate aim is to enhance the visitor experience and to increase loyalty and repeat visits to individual businesses and the area.CCBC has been awarded funding via the UK Community Renewal Fund (UKCRF) to develop four additional modules to further support businesses, local communities and those seeking employment in the tourism sector.We now wish to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to develop informative, inspiring, engaging, original, and authoritative content for these four bespoke modules.Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the contract requirement, - Documents :
