Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services
The provision of transport services (taxis and private hire) for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. This will run from 10.1.2020 to 10.1.2022 which may be extended to 10.1.2024.
The procurement will lead to the establishment of a pre-approved list of suppliers for the provision of transport services (taxis and private hire), specifically Home to School Transport services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Suppliers will be appointed to the pre-approved list through an Accreditation and Enrolment Process and will be `Called-Off` to deliver services As and when required through a dynamic purchasing system www.SProc.Net
All offers of services (routes) will be available and visible to all suppliers on www.SProc.Net
