Dynamic Purchasing System for Passenger Transport Services
Reference Number : VOG/RM041/19
The establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") for the procurement of passenger transport services, excluding local bus services.
Main Site : Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Organisations are invited to submit a pre-qualification questionnaire to gain access to the Council`s Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") for passenger transport services.
Successful applicants to the DPS will then, via mini competitions, be requested to submit offers for a variety of passenger transport services, including mainstream and Additional Learning Needs ("ALN") school transport services.
The DPS will operate for a period of five (5) years, with the option to extend on an annual basis.

Organisations interested in joining this first stage of the DPS must complete and return the Questionnaire and additional documents no later than 12:00 noon 17.5.2019, as detailed in the questionnaire.
Organisations who miss this date are welcome to apply for inclusion in the DPS throughout the life of the DPS.
