Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: the economic operator must meet the requirements set out in Regulation 57 (Exclusion Grounds) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
This is a qualified provider list.
The qualified provider list is open to bidders until 31.8.2023. The first found of evaluations to establish the list will take place in 2019 as per the tender timeline.
Thereafter, the Council will evaluate bids once per annum, or more regularly at its discretion. This will be completed by May of each year of the contract. Bidders who are successful, will be added to the qualified provider list to the appropriate lot.
