Genesis' DPS for development and new build, as advertised via TED 2017/S 095-186048 on17.5.2017 and 2017/S 192-392618 6/10/17 remains open for additional appointments. Suppliers wishing to apply for appointment to the DPS should download the application forms from the website and email the completed forms to procurementteam@genesisha.org.uk Your request for appointment will be considered and you will be notifiedwithin ten days of the outcome of your applications. The scope of this DPS is now extended to include packages of repairs and maintenance for residential properties.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
Suppliers that meet the criteria will be appointed to the DPS and may subsequently be invited to bid for projects in support of Genesis' development programme and for repairs packages. This approach will provide DPS users with a pre-approved panel of suppliers that can respond quickly to invitations to tender (ITT). Genesis will use the DPS to carry out development across sites in London, East of England, South East of England, and East Midlands, other users are spread across the UK. The scope of works will include new build housing and conversions to provide residential units and repairs to existing social housing. Genesis will add additional works and services as required for a specific project. Individual projects will vary in value, overall the programme of works is estimated to be worth up to 5 000 000 000 GBP. To encourage the involvement of small and medium enterprises the DSP will be lotted according to the value of specific projects, lot 1 should prove the most attractive to smaller firms.
Firms that have already been appointed to this DPS will remain as potential suppliers and need not re-apply.
For the avoidance of doubt, this notice concerns the continued advertising of an existing DPS, contrary to the system required answer shown at IV.1.3.
