Description : The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of its Kitchen & Bathroom Programmed replacementsWorks 2021-2024 (the Works), the provider is to provide the full Scope of Works which is included in the full Tender pack. The Works are to assist with the delivery of the Authority's capital investment plan requiring differing values and complexities as required for the Framework Contract. Successfully awarded Providers will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and successful Providers will be in capacity of a Sub-Contractor. The Framework arrangement will consist of an initial term of 2.5 years (30 months), plus an option, at the sole discretion of the Authority, of a further 12 months.It is envisaged that 3 Providers will be appointed to the Framework.The scope of works includes kitchen replacements, bathroom replacements, internal painting and decorating, removing a... - Documents :
