Description : The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of its drainage services (the Works) The Framework arrangement will consist of an initial term (period) of 2 years, with 2 further option(s) to extend up to 12 months each at the sole discretion of the Authority. The following Framework Contract will ensure availability of skilled Contractors to deliver the Programmed services requiring differing values and complexities as required. The Authority will require the Successful Framework Contractors to be acting the capacity of Subcontractor.It is anticipated to have a maximum of 3 Contractors on the Framework. It is intended that there will be 2 lots on the Framework: Housing Works (Lot 1) and Commercial Buildings Works (Lot 2).
