Description : North Tyneside Council (the 'Authority') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced Suppliers for the delivery of external groundworks Framework for operational, schools and commercial buildings as well as, on occasions, works within residential areas. The anticipated start date is early October, however, the Authority would prefer an earlier start date and will advise once the evaluation is almost complete an anticipated start date.The works required under this Framework may include, however, are not limited to:• Liaison with Authority Design Team, Estimators, Authorised Officers, • Liaison with other Contractors, • Excavations Works• Infill Works, • Service Trenches, • Sub-structure Works, • Drainage Works, • Playground WorksThe nature of the non-residential premises will include, but not be limited to, education premises, commercial premises and public buildings.
