Description : The scope of this ‘Expression of Interest- covers the following key requirements:
Consultancy services including but not limited to audits, stock condition surveys, technical consultancy and advice with regards to electrical, fire, gas and M&E.
The provision of these services will relate to works carried out in all Orbit residential and communal properties across its property portfolio in the UK geographies of the Midlands, the East and South East:
— Estates 2 085,
— Blocks 2 516,
— Domestic properties 42 831.
Potential suppliers whom have the capability to fulfil each of the below key requirements to Orbit-s entire portfolio, are invited to express their interest:
(i) Audits electrical, fire, gas and M&E — site visits and desktops surveys on completed EICR, gas servicing, fire detection and alarm installations, compartmentalisation and fire doors. plant room inspections.
(ii) Stock condition surveys — post install visits on fire alarm and detection installations.
(iii) Technical consultancy electrical, fire, gas and M&E — quality assurance on installation and servicing. VFM reviews on quoted installations.
