Description : Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the construction of 8 assisted living homes and associated works in Ventnor Close and 3 assisted living homes and associated works in Ashley Close, SwindonThe procurement is split into two Lots - Lot 1: 3no. 3 bedroom assisted living homes within Ashley Close and Lot 2: 8no. 2 bedroom assisted living homes and additional parking spaces within Ventnor Close.Each Lot will be awarded as a JCT Design and Build contract. Bidders may bid for one or both Lots and will be evaluated and awarded separately and contracts awarded to one or more than one supplier.
