- Tenders are invited for COMPETITIVE LAND, DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT WITHIN NIHE AREA WEST BELFAST CfT CA Unique ID: HHA-40 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: The Contract(s) is (are) for the provision of land, design and build contract in West Belfast. Tenderers must provide the land, design, construct and ensure completion of the scheme(s) for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Department for Communities (DfC) Housing Association Guide, and, more generally, the Employer-s Requirements and statutory body requirements. At PQQ Stage, Tenderers provided information on their proposed Site(s) for the delivery of a Contract(s).
