- Community Mental Health And Wellbeing Service (Live Well Kent And Medway) - Market Engagement Events
Kent County Council (KCC) and Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (K&M CCG) jointly commission an integrated offer of community mental health and wellbeing support, commonly known as Live Well Kent and Medway (LWK&M). The purpose of hosting these events is to invite organisations and individuals working in the sphere to provide feedback on LWK&M and the future commissioning option. KCC is hosting four virtual events: one per Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) area (East Kent, West Kent, Medway and Swale, and Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley). Dates and times of these events are detailed below. • East Kent: 6th September 10:30 - 12:30
• West Kent: 6th September 13:30 - 15:30
• Medway and Swale: 8th September 10:00 - 12:00
