- Collective Energy Switching Scheme - Market Engagement
Essex County Council (ECC) wants to identify service providers able to operate collective energy switching schemes in Essex.
The Authority are looking for providers that can manage the entire process, from negotiating a group deal with utility providers, developing, and maintaining registration systems and promoting the service to encourage participation. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for the full customer experience and be required to manage all complaints.
Furthermore, ECC expects this engagement will avail us the opportunity to assess innovation(s) in the energy market.
