Description : This tender is for the pre and early stage business start-up support element of the programme, which will add value to existing provision across North and Mid Essex, enabling more capacity into the system and targeted support.The aim of this tender is to appoint a specialist organisation to deliver fully funded advice and support to individuals who have ambitions to start a business and to start-up businesses in their first 12 months of trading.This fund is responding directly to the needs of the business community, and it is expected that the programme will be delivered by October 2022.
