Leicestershire County Council (The Council) are considering options for the replacement of The Council-s current ‘Supply of Civils Materials & Hand Tools- framework which expires on 16th May 2025. In its current form Supply Short Contracts for the supply of Civils Materials and for Hand Tools to The Council-s highways maintenance operations teams are issued under the Framework Contract, with an annual value of up to £400,000.
