The Council would like to gain information from the market related to an upcoming procurement exercise, deadline for participation is 12th August 2021 at 17:00.To access the EOI form use this link: https://forms.office.com/r/iPw5QVYBA6 What are we looking for? We require a Contractor who will work with key Council stakeholders to provide design services and supply furniture to a large refurbished office space, working to our specifications. The Contractor must be able to supply large quantities of furniture, within agreed timescales. We are expecting the handover of the refurbishment to be phased, thus the Contractor may be required store furniture they are supplying, so it can be installed in stages to the site. Kirklees require a design service from the Contractor, this is anticipated to include 3D imagery, AutoCAD plans (to include blocks of any items supplied) and also mood boards which include imagery and samples (expected materials for soft furnishings and timber).
