Abstract: The scope of the proposed Contract is the provision of Domestic & Commercial Gas & Heating Servicing, Installation and Maintenance Services to Christian Action properties.There are approximately 857 domestic gas heating systems (with individual boilers or warm air units), 19 air source heat pump systems and 18 commercial heating plant rooms (serving around 450 properties). There will also be a number of unvented cylinders within the housing stock and the Successful Bidder will be required to support the Employer in improving its asset information for these appliances.The Successful Bidder will be required to service and safety check the heating equipment and provide a fully comprehensive (3 star) repairs service to all domestic gas properties, including those that have no gas but are fed from the communal heating systems.
