- CHIC is seeking to award, by a competitive tendering process, a 4-year Framework from which our members will award contracts for the full spectrum of mechanical and electrical related systems and allows clients to sufficiently maintain resident heating, power and renewable obligations. The scope of services can be called off individually or as a complete package with anticipated services to include (but not limited to):
