Description : Cefas has a requirement to renew the service contract for our Agilent and Gilson analytical instruments located at our Weymouth laboratory.Requirement:The service contract is to provide technical support to cover all instruments listed in Annex A and must include:1. Maintenance service to include annual on-site Preventive Maintenance (including parts, labour, travel and expenses)2. On-site repair services, including2.1 Unlimited on-site troubleshooting and repair visits (including travel and labour)2.2 Parts, consumables and supplies required for repair, including detector lamps2.3 Provision of appropriate loan unit (if available) if on-site repair is impractical2.4 Response time as on-site within two working days or less of the fault being logged.3. Other services:3.1 Hardware and software telephone/email support within 24 hrs3.2 Firmware upgrades3.3 Option for software upgrades3.4 Statement on the origin (e.g. manufacturer or generic supplier) of parts and consumables to be used for repair/maintenance.
