Abstract: The Service aims to further develop and expand pathways within West Lothian for people with moderate mental health problems, which focus on early intervention and prevention. Services within the Hubs will be delivered through a partnership between Primary and Secondary Care Practitioners and the Third Sector to ensure that people receive appropriate support when they need it.
