Description : Cambridgeshire County Council are conducting a soft market testing exercise to identify information relating to a Highways Asset Management solution, providing a fully integrated, end to end, mobile platform for internal use, with contractor and customer engagement.· A SAAS solution, or hosted by vendor· Provide management oversight of the Highways Maintenance service· Be compliant with relevant legislation(s) and codes of good practice· Offer sophisticated Asset Management and Asset Valuation· Provide mobile working capability with real-time communications for relevant activities· Provision of Production, Training and UAT environments
