Description : Cambridge City Council (CCC) is seeking to explore and understand the demountable/permanent modular build market to deliver its new depot solution. The overall programme value is estimated to be between £5-£10m. CCC current team consists of external design, costing, planning, grid network supply, land agent and net zero carbon experts who are currently shaping a rapidly evolving project. CCC seeks to engage a construction partner in the very early stages of the design development phase. CCC has an expectation that the construction partner to bring their expertise and knowledge to influence the concept and final design.This market engagement day is as a precursor to publishing a tender to appoint a construction partner to join our team, likely to be Q4 FY 21/22.
