Description: As part of the rural electrification project by renewable energy systems in the Liptako-Gourma region, UNOPS is looking to recruit a local NGO based in the 3 countries of activity with good coverage of The Sahel region which will be in charge of community mobilization in components (2 and 4) as well as for supporting activities within the framework of UNOPS studies, the objectives of which are declined in the terms of references in the appendix, but also To serve as a relay in order to investigate the project on the security issues of the various intervention areas of the project. - Documents :
