The Council has a requirement to establish a Ranked Framework Agreement (Contract) for the hire of Operated and Non-Operated Heavy Plant.. The Framework Agreement will be split into two lots:
• Lot 1- Hire of Operated Plant
• Lot 2- Hire of Non-Operated Plant The Council are carrying out the procurement of this Contract as a single stage tender. This means that the Council will invite all interested parties to tender. The Framework Agreement for two (2) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) x twelve (12) month periods.
