Leicestershire County Council (“the Council”) invites Quotations for the provision of a Business Rates consultant to manage the Council-s property portfolio. The consultant shall provide a non-Domestic rates service covering all occupied properties by the County Council. To assist in the tender process, the document ‘LCC sites of occupation- has been made available to access alongside the RFQ document. The principal objective will be to mitigate Leicestershire County Council-s Non-Domestic rates liability.
