Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract with a Provider for Public Relations Services. The Business Productivity Programme is an ERDF funded project and Barnsley MBC are the accountable body and work in partnership with Doncaster MBC, Rotherham MBC and Sheffield CC. The project is receiving up to £5.3m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
