Abstract: An experienced Company or Consultant is sought to assist the Managing Director and Trustees in undertaking a comprehensive review of our current operations and plans for development, resulting in the preparation of a 3-year Forward Plan.This will include:Reviewing previous papers, policies, annual reports and reviews of the Trust and its services to comprehensively research the work of the Trust to date and to inform recommendations going forward.2Meeting with staff, Trustees and key stakeholders as identified by the Trust, to obtain and understand their opinions and thoughts about the Trust-s current work and future development.Preparing and presenting an initial Report of recommendations to the Board of Trustees.Incorporating feedback on initial recommendations, to work with the Managing Director and Trustees in preparing a new 3-Year Forward Plan for the organisation. - Documents :
