Description : This is the shortlisting stage. Please ensure you read the procurement documentation especially PART ONE and provide the required information.Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to find a Contractor to finalise the design and build a Community Pavilion and Young People's Centre at Hickings Road, Recreation Ground in Stapleford, Nottingham. NG9 8PJ.This project forms one of six core projects identified in the Stapleford Town Improvement Plan (TIP) and is funded by Towns Fund Deal. The scope of the building works will comprise of the demolition of the existing changing pavilion and the construction of a new community leisure pavilion together with associated external works including installation of MUGA and replacement of skate park with community garden.A new 11 a-side 3G football pitch is also planned on the site, and it is envisaged that this will be constructed concurrent to the building contract for the new pavilion, albeit the football pitch will be constructed by others. The successful contractor for the Pavilion will be expected to coordinate and work collaboratively with the 3G pitch contractor to ensure a safe working environment...
