Abstract: This project consists of the installation of a new lightweight metal pitched roof covering over the existing flat roof at 43-67 Sherbourne Court, Sebastopol, Pontypool. The works also include the alteration of the existing skylights and replacement with sun pipes. Removal of sections of concrete hanging tiles and replacing them with new Marley Cedral Click external cladding.Contractors bidding for this work must be able to commence work on site in August 2021 and be completed and invoiced by the end of November 2021.
