Description : The Authority has a requirement for The Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust wishes to appoint an Authorising Engineer (Decontamination) (AE(D)) to provide professional advice on the implementation and operation of Sterile Services, Endoscopy and Ultrasound Decontamination Units in line with HTM 01-01 & 01-06.The Duties will cover the following sites:Queen Elizabeth Hospital Stadium RoadWoolwichLondon SE18 4QHUniversity Hospital Lewisham (Acute & Community)Lewisham High StreetLondon SE13 6LHThe initial period will be for three years followed by an option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory performance. Increases to the contract price following this initial three-year period shall not exceed the inflation index. All expenses above the contract sum shall be identified and a table of rates shall be furnished detailing the charge and a rationale for such a submission.
