An expression of interest exercise for Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council
Project: Market Kiosks for Ashton Market
Value: £800,000 (approximate)
Expression of Interests called for the design and build of 12no. modular kiosks to be occupied by a range of market traders including F&B, non-food retail and general market produce. The kiosks are to be timber framed with various openings and will be clad in a range of materials.
The design of the kiosks will need the current RIBA stage 3 design to be developed by the contractor into manufacture and through building control approval prior to construction and delivery. Local connections to utilities will also need to be carried out by the successful tenderer. Works will need to be completed by June 2024.
