Description : The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBofH) is seeking a suitable Contractor for the building formerly known as the Asha Day Care Centre is being remodelled into a Nursery. The building is located within the Uxbridge College Campus in Hayes, off College Way, Coldharbour Lane, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 3BB, a vibrant area, with gym, doctors surgery and other businesses within the grounds. The Contractor will have vacant possession of the building, with gas, water electric all connected and will be self contained. Works include remodelling and refurbishing rooms, some structural work, Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Access Controls, Fire doors, Ventilation, Water upgrade, Sanitation, Fire Doors, External boundary treatments, soft surfaces and hard landscaping, parking and all associated works.A Site Visit is essential to the award of this contract.****Please register/log in at www.capitalesourcing.com to view all tender information/documents****
