Description : The service will require the contractor to remove all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM-s) which include all Licensable Asbestos Works (LW) and on occasion some notifiable non licensed works (NNLW) and Non Licensed Asbestos Works (NLAW) at the contracting authority's request. From the starting date the contractor is to provide a comprehensive ACM removal service which must be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (366 in leap year) to the contracting authority's properties in North Belfast, West Belfast, Lisburn, Dairy Farm, Coleraine and Craigavon (Lurgan, Brownlow and Portadown).
