Abstract: The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a Contractor to provide Artic Haulage Services for the bulk transport of Residual Waste and Garden Waste loads from the Council's new waste transfer station in Keynsham, to waste treatment facilities designated by the Council.Bidders will also be required to provide rates for additional waste streams for potential future consideration by means of variation with the awarded contractor.
