Description : Yorkshire Housing are commencing a request for information/soft-market test exercise to seek interested parties to work with us in our approach to delivering a solution for an Applicant Tracking System that will support our Recruitment colleagues.We are requesting submissions which will inform us in the potential solutions, options and costs to help deliver our business requirements.The system should:• Be forward thinking, user friendly and innovative in its approach• Display our branding• Streamline the processes within the recruitment journey• Make it as easy as we can for candidates to access vacancy details and apply for any roles, including a guest candidate option - the ability for candidate to apply without setting up a full profile (username and password)• Have exposure to a wide range of job boards and platforms to advertise - to support us in filling vacancies first time• Have the ability to create flexible workflows in the system• Have a user-friendly Reporting element, with a dashboard to display all the important measures - such as time to hire, number of interviews and appointed• Allow us to create weekly, monthly and q... - Documents :
