- Andium Homes - Windsor Court Playground Replacement
Andium Homes Ltd seeks to appoint a suitably qualified & experienced, Jersey-based contractor to undertake the demolition and replacement of the existing playground located at our Windsor Court site, St. Helier (refer to drawing A010).
The contractor is responsible for producing the final playground design & equipment specification in collaboration with a specialist supplier & designer of playground equipment & safety surfacing (in accordance with BS EN 1176 & BS EN 1177).
