- Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Billing Meters at Border Points between the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (Onee) Water Sector and the Regional Company Threatening Services All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of One hundred and twenty-one thousand dirhams (121 000,00 DH) or its equivalent in a convertible currency.
