- National Manufacturing Institute for Scotland (NMIS) is looking to purchase a 5 tonne battery powered electric pallet truck to support the movement of the Portable 5 Axis Machine Tool. This will ensure the safest and easiest means to exploit the portability of the new CNC machine tool. Although the procurement of the lift truck is primarily to support the movement of the X-Mobile machine tool. This can be used to support the stores and equipment/material movement in the NMIS digital factory.
