- Tenders are invited for 3404411 - Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education - Provision of Ad Hoc HR Services CfT CA Unique ID: SSD-4319 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: NICIE does not have an In house Personnel Officer but has staff who have some limited expertise in the area of HR who can assist with some routine duties. NICIE requires a Contractor to provide a HR service to assist them on an ad-hoc basis for a range of HR services. These will include the following: • creation of recruitment documentation, including application forms, job specifications; • the recruitment, selection and interviewing of staff including a panel of associates; • training in Recruitment and Selection for Directors and staff • the handling of disciplinary and grievance procedures with relevant personnel; • creation and updating of relevant policies and procedures required in relation to human resource management ; • understanding of education and public sector; • providing advice and hands on assistance in relation to other issues which fall within the category of employment law and employee relations.
