The Council is seeking to procure a provider to deliver two Housing Support Solution Service contracts:-Lot 1 - Supported Living Service - £490,000 per annumThe Supported Living Service will deliver 24/7 care and support to 6 individuals within a specific property at Cherry Tree House. The property is 6-bedroom, ground floor accommodation and is situated in Masborough.The property is owned and managed by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. The scheme is currently fully occupied, the ages of the tenants is between 23 and 76. The tenants have multiple profound disabilitiesThe new service to be commissioned will be similar to the existing service with improvements made to the service requirements in line with the My Front Door Principles around transformation of Learning Disability services in Rotherham.It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/10/2021 and will run for a period of three years of the initial contract term making the expiry date 30/09/2024. The contract will have an option to extend by a further 2 x 12-month extension periods at the sole discretion of the Council making the latest possible expiry date 30/09/2026.Lot 2 - Peer Support Networks - £98,534 per annumThe service provides low level support to maintain and increase independence for people, with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, who are living in their own accommodation in the community.
